1997年,朱滕褶夫妻從地方市場起家,以一雙挑雞的眼光,與信任的雞肉供應商長期合作,只選用肉質緊實、放養熟成的紅羽土雞。
他們創立了「裕膳坊」,專注於雞肉料理與養生湯品,從紅蔥雞腿、紹興醉雞、雞骨黃金湯到滴雞精,每道產品都承載著對雞的尊重與對滋味的講究。
多年以來,他們發現:好的雞油,還能延伸出更多料理的可能。
於是,「醬見滕」誕生了——承襲裕膳坊的職人精神與選材標準,將慢火熬煮的雞油與新鮮辛香食材融合,開啟一系列精品醬藝的篇章。
從雞開始,從餐桌走向調味,從台灣走向世界。

In 1997, founders Mr. and Mrs. Zhu Tengzhe began with a local market stall and a discerning eye for quality chicken. Working closely with trusted suppliers, they sourced only free-range, well-aged red-feather chickens—flavorful, firm, and true to the land.
This vision became Yushan Fang, a kitchen dedicated to premium chicken delicacies and nourishing broths. From shallot-infused chicken legs and Shaoxing wine chicken, to golden bone broth and chicken essence, every dish reflected their respect for ingredients and a deep belief in slow, honest flavor.
With time, they realized: the essence of chicken—especially its rendered oil—holds the potential for something more.
Thus was born JIAN JIAN TENG: a brand rooted in craft, drawing from the legacy of Yushan Fang, and transforming slow-cooked chicken oil into a line of refined sauces that elevate the everyday.
From chicken to sauce, from tradition to modern tables, and from Taiwan to the world.

隨著探索,我們發現料理不止於肉,
還需要一匙靈魂的醬料,一碗溫暖的湯。
因此,我們延伸自家手作醬料與雞湯,
讓每一口風味更完整。
從裕膳坊,我們轉型為醬見滕:
「醬」是對風味的承諾;「滕」象徵傳承、專注與職人精神。

JIAN JIAN TENG was born from Yushan Fang.
We began with artisan chicken, focusing on premium Red Feather chicken,
crafted with time, care, and skill—through shallot oil chicken,
Shaoxing drunken chicken, and shallot oil chicken breast.
As we explored flavor, we realized a dish needs more than the meat:
it needs a soulful sauce, a warming broth.
We expanded into house-made sauces and broths,
completing each bite with depth and harmony.
From Yushan Fang, we became JIAN JIAN TENG:
“Jian” as a promise of flavor; “Teng” symbolizing tradition, dedication, craft.
From a dish, to a spoonful, to a bowl,
our name offers an experience infused with time.

Our house-crafted shallot oil, scallion oil, garlic sauce, chili sauce, century egg chili sauce, and cilantro sauce
are thoughtfully created to complement our chicken dishes.
Balancing aroma and texture, enhancing without overpowering,
each sauce is also versatile for pairing with vegetables, noodles, or seafood—
a soulful addition to the table.
